I would like to outsource some of my client work. However, most of the contracts are hourly. How can I outsource this to another freelancer? All of them do accept manual time, so if they are happy for me to outsource it, would it be ok to add the time they spend, as manual time? Any advice would be great! Thanks

Hi Jack,
Working as a team on a freelancer account is not allowed and it is a violation of our TOS. If you would like to work as a team you will need to open an agency profile. Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know, I wasn't aware! Is that the same with fixed price contracts? I saw a post on here where someone was outsourcing fixed price contracts.

Jack: Upwork allows freelancers to subcontract fixed-price work, as long as the client is notified.
If you are hired to create a web page for a $500 fixed-price contract, you may hire as many freelancers as you want to, to help do the work. But you are required to notify the client who hired you that you are doing so.
