Over 160 proposals submitted and only one job awarded. Why am I not getting hired?

I have been on this platform for a few years.  My profile is 100 percent complete.  I pay for connects so that my profile stays visible. I have submitted over 160 proposals and been awarded only 1 job.  I am an American voice actor with a degree in drama, my own professioal recording equipment, training and experience (mostly audiobook narration).  Why am I not getting offers???
