I withdrew over 24 hours ago via Mpesa, the transaction was approved but nothing on my Mpesa wallet, everything alright? Please check this up and advise accordingly. I reached out yesterday but no response came forth.

Hey guys, I withdrew funds earlier today but it has not reflected on my Mpesa wallet. I know it may take 24 hours but tomorrow being a weekend does that mean I may have to wait till Monday? Please advise

I made three withdrawals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday via MPESA. Not a cent received four days later. I already contacted support and they already started tracing.
However, I have not received any update since Saturday. A quick search of the term MPESA on the Upwork community shows there is always a problem with MPESA withdrawals. How are KENYAN freelancers expected to survive if we cannot withdraw our earnings?
I need an urgent update because I am also under pressure from other quarters.

This is so wrong. Upwork should tell us what the problem is. MPESA should work within seconds or minutes as it always does. The MPESA processor should tell us what the problem is.

What could be the problem? How comes it is more than 4 days since the withdrawals were made and we have not received our monies? Is this a problem with your MPESA processor? Why are we being constantly inconvenienced?

Hi guys.
I made a withdrawal from Upwork to Mpesa last Friday at 7:33 AM my time. As I type this, it's Monday 5:20 PM.
That's waaaaaay past the 24 hours plus one business day rule!
I've reached out to Mpesa and support here, but nobody seems to know where the delay is as Upwork says contact Mpesa while Safaricom, Mpesa's parent company, says contact Upwork.
I've tried to get a sense of when I should get a resolution, but that's not forthcoming either.
Is it possible to then do a reversal so I can use other means to withdraw the funds?

Same problem here. Three separate withdrawals between Thursday and Saturday and none was successful despite emails from UPWORK saying otherwise.
UPWORK really needs to look into their MPESA payments processor because this problem seems recurrent.

I made a withdrawal about 10hours ago and even got the funds processed notification. However, I havent received the cash yet!
what could be the issue, because normally it takes less than an hour.
