Hello there,
I have added my PAN to my tax info on my Upwork profile and it says "PAN Pending verification". I have been charged with holding tax even after my correct information was added.
I also have an agency account where I am unable to withdraw funds. The status over there is "PAN pending verification". I have tried contacting support but there has been response from the team.
Can you please help?

I can confirm you were able to submit a number of support tickets with our team regarding this. Please allow some time for our team to review and merge, and they will update you directly via one of the tickets as soon as possible.

Andrea, as you could see here in the attached screenshot, the support tickets you are referring to are marked as solved and are 2 months old. I don't see an active support ticket in this regard. Can you please look into it? I can't withdraw funds and I am being incorrectly charged.
