Paid Bonus shows as Returned Bonus in my Transaction History

I received a bonus of $64 on 08/12/2022 from the a client that I've worked with. The contract is still open as we speak but I'm not sure for how long. It shows as Returned Bonus after some time, what do I need to do to resolve this?
