Pan card payment set up

I have filled my tax information in which I selected ‘no pan card of aadhar card’ option.
After that I went to the ‘get paid’ option to set up my payment method.
I chose the ‘Direct to local bank’ option.
I filled out all the information but I did not have a pan card so I left that empty.
But it is not processing me information, it keeps asking me to fill out.
I tried everything.
Please could someone help me with this.

Hi,

The information given to my on my ticket did not solve my concern.
However it says solved in the requests and I am unable to connect to
someone from the support team. The bot doesn’t have my concerned solution
either.

When our team updates your ticket the status is changed to "solved" but, once you`ve posted an update on your ticket the status will be changed to "open".

I updated the ticket with my query as it hadnt been solved five days back.
