Passed the readiness test but didnot got 30 free connects

I just wanted to ask that when do we get the rising talent badge. 
my profile is 100% complete, I passed the readiness test but still did not get 30 free connects. 
Help needed.

You can have a look at this article about Becoming Rising Talent to see what the exact requirements are that you must meet to obtain a Rising Talent badge on your profile, which is automatically applied within 48 hours once all of the requirements are met.
