There's no way to contact Upwork anymore? How can you run a business and not offer a way to talk to a real person for help?? Not every issue I have I want to share publicly in the community forums. But since I have no choice: My client sent me a bonus thinking that's how a fleelancer needs to be paid. The next day, her payment from the hourly contract came through, which means, she paid me twice. How can I return the bonus to her without it having a negative effect on my score? I would otherwise just refund her, but that will affect my rating and I don't want that.

Just send a refund.
Click on the contract listing, then on the Three Dots icon to choose the option for sending a refund. Very simple. Doing this won't harm JSS.
