Hello freelancers ,I'm new on upwork and i whant to ask you utalian freelancers if i can work in upwork without VAT number .I red somthing about taxes and I know than under 5000 € a year you can work ocasionaly without VAT ?How then I pay taxes ?
You are responsible for paying your taxes, not Upwork. Upwork will send you a tax form at the end of each year with your earnings. You do not need to provide a VAT number.
