PayPal Account Limited, Upwork Payment Refunded

Hello, I made a withdrawal of $38 from my Upwork account to PayPal, but unknowingly, PayPal had already permanently limited my account. 

The money was recorded SENT by Upwork but when I contacted PayPal, the response was that they declined the payment since my account has been limited prior to the receipt from Upwork. 

Please can Upwork check their record and refund the payment into my earnings account so I can probably withdraw via other options.

Hi Rasheed,

The withdrawal will return to your account once the transaction fails, which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. If after 10-days, it still isn't reflecting on your Upwork account, please get back to us so that we can issue a trace for you. Please make sure to have the right information on your payment method moving forward so that you can receive your withdrawn earnings on time.

Hello, it is more than 10 days as stipulated in your recommendation/answer to my question. Upwork is yet to refund the money to my account. 

Am I missing anything?

Hope everything is doing great. Happy friday. I just have an issue with payment withdrawal and paypal accout. I made a withdrawal from my Upwork account to PayPal, for some reson which I don't now,  PayPal limited my account, permanently.

The money was sent from Upwork, the money is no longer in my balance,  but it doesn't appear on Paypal since my account has been limited prior to the receipt from Upwork.

Please can Upwork refund the payment into my earnings account so I can probably withdraw via other options.

I just checked your account and I can see that your PayPal account is active as a payment method and I can't locate any refunds.
