Hi!

I want to withdraw the money I have on upwork to my PayPal account from Argentina. I have never used PayPal before, and wanted to ask if the funds are transfered in us dollars, or in argentina pesos. Also wanted to know how much money Upwork and PayPal charges me for a transaction of around 800 USD. I want to have the money in PayPal to make a purchase in Ebay.
