PayPal withdrawal is free of charge. Is this related to the withdrawn amount?

Has anyone ever withdrawn $5k or so via PayPal? If so, what were the fees applied by PayPal? I am asking because I have 3 withdrawal options right now (bank transfer, Payoneer and PayPal), and PayPal seems to be the cheapest one as it doesn't apply any fee. PayPal never charged me when I withdrawn amounts usually below $300, will this change if I am withdrawing more?

Thank you.

No, but an unusually high withdrawal might trigger a security alert in PayPal and / or take you over your limit if you have one.

Thank you Akhtar for the advice. Payoneer is in fact not good as it applies some very low conversion rates of their choosing, not them but MasterCard in global, and the 2% fees.

As for Upwork bank transfer, I've consuled a friend who uses it, same thing confirmed, their conversion rates are low as well.

But with PayPal I can withdraw to my local bank using the rates provided by the bureau of exchange which are fair, and additionally only a 0.125% fee.

Thanks everyone! 🙂
