Payement issue

Hello am from morocco,
recently, i finished a job, exceeded 100$, so normally i have the right to withdraw my money, but i did find that i can withdraw just 24$.
second thing is that i configured the payement on local bank cih, but i did not receive the payement of these 24$ wich i withdraw.
Anyone have an idea?

It can take 4-5 business days for direct to local bank transfer to reflect in your account. If after 8 business days, the funds are still not reflected in your account, please let us know, so we can initiate a trace for you. Thank you!
