I’d line to know whether visa card is mandatory ?
What if I only have a Bank current account for receiving the international transfer? ( with IBAN...) ?

Not for withdrawing money. From the way your question sounds, I suspect you are in the wrong section.

Are you trying to set up your withdrawal method so you can receive the money clients pay you?

In that case, you need to go to "Get Paid" (not "Billing Methods" - which is for setting up how you pay Upwork) - where you can see your options for withdrawal methods. It sounds like you are currently in "Billing Methods"
