Hello! I want to know that which payment method is best for Pakistan direct bank transfer or payoneer?

Saying which method of the two is best will differ from every other person's perspective, as you must be aware that Direct Bank Transfer costs $0.99 per withrawal, whereas payoneer costs $2 per withdrawal.

Generally, Direct Bank Transfer payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank, whereas in case of Payoneer, the payments transfer immediatly from upwork to your payoneer account.

So I hope you can figure out which method is better for you.
