Paying Tax in Hong Kong

I am Looking to set up a payment method and am being ask to fill in the following 'All freelancers are required to complete a W9 or a W-8BEN form to withdraw money'

I am not a US citizen and I live in Hong Kong and pay tax there. How do i go aout this?
