Payment Cancelation

Hello, 
I just created a bank account and sent some money.

Today i got notified that the rest of the many sent to my bank account. I want to stop this process for many reasons:
First i didn't recieve the first payment, and the second reason their is a security issue in my country to send more than 2k dollars in the same month.

So how i can stop the last payment?
