Payment Cancellation

Hi,

I want to cancel the processed payment request submitted last July 8, 2020. I put the wrong BRSTN Code. How can I get through with the process and how long does it take for me to wait to get it cancelled?

You can't cancel it. The money will eventually come back to your Upwork account again automatically, but it will take 7 to 10 days, occasionally longer.

Unfortunately we can't cancel or reverse your withdrawal. If your bank account was entered incorrectly, the funds should be reversed back to your Upwork account.
