I got the notification shown below after adding my bank account. Andy is my official English name and is used - for example - for my enrollment at UC Berkeley with no issues. My legal name is in Chinese. I have gone through the screening process including ID verification, SSN verification, and video chat. I just want to confirm, is the notification implying "your payment method has been *temporarily* deactivated as we automatically verify..." or "your payment method has been deactivated and you need to do something to reactivate it, such as by changing account name"? It is a little vague to me especially when this is my first time freelancing as college student.
