Payment Delay

I haven't received my payment since I requested, its been like 8 hours. I have not received the second email -payment processed- from upwork either, can someone help or is there a problem today?

Hi Mercy,

It looks like the transaction was successful on our end. There are times when withdrawals to MPESA may take up to 24-hours. You should receive an email from us when the payment has already been processed. If it has been more than 24 hours and one business day, please contact M-Pesa. Thank you.
