Hi I have submit client work on 20th May and it's been 14 days and the payment is still in review

I'd like to clarify that your client has 14 days from the day of your submission to review your work. If they do not respond within that time frame, the funds in escrow will be automatically released to you on the 15th day based on the UTC time zone.
