Payment Dispute

Hello all,

Here is my dilemma. How can I file dispute to get paid ( whole week task) if I didn't switch on time tracker? I have proofs to show that I was working. Is there any chance to get paid by the client? Client seemed unresponsive. I tried to reach out to them to request for a manual tracking. Sending my task on time simply means that I was working. 

Please help.

You can't. You didn't use time tracker, and that's how your payment is protected. If the client doesn't respond then that's that. But you can keep and/or sell whatever you created for them to someone else, since you still own it, since they never paid.
