I need to contact the Upwork Customer Support Centre about my refund amount, but when I go to 'Get Help,' it redirects me to Community page and im not sure where to raise the query.

Help me out on this

I've just checked and can confirm that you have been already refunded for the case in question. The funds were returned back to your account balance, which you can visualize by clicking on Reports. Don't hesitate to let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for response. Could you please advise me on how to transfer my account balance to my bank account?  Do I have to make any request for it?
