Payment Issue

I need to confirm payment was sent to the correct account as I have not received it, how do I see the number to confirm this? I requested a payment on 30th September. I got an email in that the amount will credit to my account between October 1st to October 5th. 

Kindly please verify this and solve my problem.

Hi Sai,

 

I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

Thanks for the information. I reached to my local bank and enquired about the transaction. They said if your payment was credited then we can able to give your amount.

I don't know why it takes time to get paid. Please check whether my bank details are correct or not. In my profile, I am able to visible only the last 4 digits.

We can't confirm if your account number is correct or not. However, if there are any issues with your account, the funds will reverse to your account.

Can I get my amount without any risk? Because I am new to this Upwork. I am not understanding where the error is. It's my first withdrawal.

I have a query if the account number was incorrect. Is there any chance to credit that amount for some other people?

No, because their name would not be the same. If details don't match, the money will eventually be return to Upwork and get credited to your Upwork balance again. This takes a while though (a week or two)
