Sir my payment is not cleared yet its in pending from upwork when will i recieve it. ID 383466567

Head to your My Jobs section, click on the three dots that you see next to "Earnings Available Now" and choose "view pending earnings".

Usually, you'll see a date next to your pending payments (on the left side). It would take 5 days for the payment to clear and become available for you to withdraw, starting from the time when the milestone was approved. 

However, if it is a bonus payment that says pending (on the left side), it means that Upwork has not collected the payment yet. It will resolve soon, though. Once done, you'll see a date next to the payment.
