Payment Issue

My fix time cotract with the client got ended on the 16th of May according to the Upwork rule, after 5 days of security clearance, the payment got released. But, now 10 days are gone and still, I haven't received any payment in my account. Please help me out, I was trying to contact customer support but didn't find where to contact them.
