Payment Issues HBL Pakistan

Hello Everyone !! Hope everyone's having a great day. Did anyone's payment get stuck while using HBL. I recently tried to contact them about the status of my payment. They said they have no idea and that Home Remit MMBL (Another bank) deals with that.

I contact them they say handles that there is no way to access any particular transaction since I also don't have a account there. So my question is has anyone been able to contact HBL and ask about the status of any payment and if so how ?

When did you withdraw the funds? You should wait for 8 business days. I'm using HBL for the last 2 years and no payment got stuck.

Hi Abdul,

I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals.
