Hi there,

I am facing some issues related to Payments.
Client pay me $345 and Upwork is showing only $45, Why?????

It takes a while for profiles to update with the correct amount.  Don't worry, it will fix itself.  What you see now is not the permanent figure.

Hi Khushboo,

 

Please note that this payment has not been processed yet, this is why it's not displayed on your profile. These hours have been logged this week, this work week has not ended yet. On Monday your client will be invoiced for the previous week's hours based on your Work Diary. Then, this payment should be updated on your profile.

I have entered 17 hours, but Upwork is showing on my profile 48 hours, why?

Hi Khushboo, by design that number shows total hours worked and tracked on the contract, which includes hours that may have been refunded later.
