Payment Method disabled and Unable to Get Paid

Hi team,
I am unable to receive funds using Direct to Local Bank method. I got the message " Payment failed we are experiencing technical error try again in a minute" and the payment method is being disabled.

I have tried re-enabling it again, yet I received the same message.

Can anyone help with that?
