Payment Method

Hi there, my payment method to my French bank account is not working as the account name differs from my name. It is a joint account and when we set it up the account manager set it up in my wife's name as Mrs and Mr Lewis (MME OU M M Lewis). Would it be possible to still use this as a payment method?
