Payment Not Processed

Hi there,

 

My payment hasn't been processed for more than a week and the reason they're saying is that my account is currently in compliance review.  

 

I've been working for years and a genuine freelancer in Upwork, But this time, I'm totally disappointed. I'm open to provide/submit any documents that are required to comply your compliance requirements but not getting any response yet.  You should tell me what you want or what you are waiting for.

 

I will not be able to continue working when all my payments are not processed. How do you expect me to work without any payments?

 

I'm expecting someone to take the responsibility and follow up this issue personally.
