Payment Not Received in my Local Bank

Hi,

I have set an automatic payment transfer mode in Upwork, so my payment is transferred every 27th of the month. Today is 2nd but I didn't received my payment yet in my bank account. I don't know where is my fund and what's going on, May or may not I lost my payment. 

 

Please help

Definitely contact Upwork support if you haven't heard anything in the next few days but most likely it is just taking longer than usual for the payment to transfer. 3 days is absolutely in the window of time it takes, especially if your bank is outside the US. Also with COVID happening, things are probably just taking a little longer. I wouldn't worry about it.

I checked the transaction and it seems that it's still in process. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals.
