Payment Not Yet Received After Two Days

Hi Technical team or any relevant personnel here,

I initiated a withdrawal on the 19th of June, 2021 direct to local bank in Nigeria, but up until this moment I have not received the cash. I tried contacting my bank through emails but no reply yet  after 24 hours. Not that I am surprised though, as banks in Nigeria hardly respond to inquiries nor are they moved by complaints from customers. Maybe Upwork as an organisation would reach out to them to find out why I have experienced this delay.

I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals.
