Payment Not processing for many days.

Hello,
I have been paid by my client but I am continously facing a problem regarding payment. Whenever I click on "Get Paid Now" it shows me one single error.
"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute"
I try after many minutes but it's the same then upwork disables my Payment method I " Re-Enable" it yet the same thing happens.

I have tried using my mobile and my laptop yet it shows the same error.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
