Payment Not received to My local Bank account

Date : 08/01/2020
I have Withdrawal from upwork as mentioned below : 

$1,500.01 on Dec 15, 2019 to Direct to Local Bank (INR) - Account ending in 9979

Note : Still there is no fund in my bank account. I have also Contacted the bank branch but they told me every thing is fine on there end and i need to contact your support for this.

Please check and let me know if there is any issue and also let me know your suggestions on this, so i can get the Withdrawal fund to my bank account.
