Hi Farhan,
As Petra has advised you, the verification process on your payment method is 3 days.
You can also file your W8BEN form as a non-US resident. For fixed price contract when the client has approved the payment they will be available on your account after the standard 5 days security period.
If you would like to read more details how you will get paid for hourly contracts visit our Weekly Billing Cycle guide.
You have set up an automated withdrawal once you have reached over $100, but you can still withdraw an amount less than $100 manually.

Your withdrawal method will show as inactive for 3 days for security and until you complete
your tax info.
ALL transactions go into Pending. Go to your Reports Overview and learn how it all works by looking at the question marks on the different tabs.

You are not able to receive payment until you have received a minimum of $100 as stated in the screenshot.

Absolute Nonsense. Of course he can, he needs to complete his tax info and he needs to wait until the pending period is over, which is 5 days.
The $ 100 is the threshold that triggers an automatic withdrawal.
He can withdraw any available balance any time as long as it is

Go to https://www.upwork.com/ab/reports/in-progress and click on Pending.
The date when you can withdraw is shown in the left hand column.
