My client approved the milestone last week, but my payment is still pending. Why is that? Please have a look.

Hi Waleed,
While the milestone payment itself has been successfully processed it looks like there is a delay with the miscellaneous payment. It looks like the client's payment failed to be charged and that’s why the transaction still is showing as "Pending". Please ask your client to follow up on the notification they recently received and communicate with our team in order to resolve the issue with their account and resume your miscellaneous payment.
