Payment Problem

Hi, we're having a problem regarding our billing cycle, I'm getting my salary 2 times every week that concerns my boss, it's because the automatic weekly payment is on and also the upwork time tracker, can you turn off the automatic weekly payment? or is there a better way to solve this problem? please help us so that I can start working again, we'll appreciate your help, thankyou

Hi Raphael,

 

The client will need to close the existing contract and create a new offer without the reccuring weekly payment. Alternatively, you can stop logging time using Upwork App and you'll only be paid via the reccuring weekly payment. Note, however, that reccuring weekly payment isn't covered by Upwork Hourly Protection.
