Payment Query

I have recently completed an order of 120$. The client has paid and closed the contract but payment is still pending. Why is that so? Please guide me about the possible reasons.

Hi Faheem,

Could you please share the Contract ID for the project in question so we can take a look? The ID can be found under the "Details" tab when you visit the contract workroom.
