Question 1

Why Upwork still transfer my balance to my local bank account eventhough I've set the "Only When Balance Is"  to $1,000.00 or more? (at that moment my balance was around $400)

Question 2

Why Upwork still transfer all my balance to my local bank account eventhough I've set the "Maintain A Reserve Balance"  to $10.00?

Can somebody from Upwork or Community Guru please clarify this issue? or Is this a bug?

Hi Hariz,

Please keep in mind that Upwork can't hold your funds for more than 180 days. If you have available earnings on your account for more than 180 days, they will be pushed to your primary payment method which is what happened.
