My question is regarding get paid, my concern is that, my income is not reach at the criteria of Tax, so how will i getpaid? and what i do to put my legal business name because i am not register yet but my income not much. I newly join Upwork.

Unde the Legal Business Name you can enter your full legal name as well. You don't need to have a company so that you can fill out the form. To learn more about our W-8BEN form check out this Help Article. Thank you.
