Hi, I have done withdrawal to my local bank transfer on Th of Nov, it's expected to receive funds in my bank account on Th to Beth of November, but I haven't received funds yet.

Can you please, let me know.

Essentially, "direct to local bank" takes two to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

If you have not receved te funds after 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, you can ask Support to initiate a trace.

I'd like to confirm that Petra is right. Please let us know if after 8 business the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.
