I have a message saying "Your payment account name does not match your name on Upwork". I have changed nothing so I don't understand why this has happened. I want to rectify the issue but cannot find anywhere that tells me how. What do I do?

I am having this problem as well. My name is Ángel Muñoz, and I am trying to add my bank account and PayPal account (both accounts where I am the beneficiary) and still this problem persists.
