Payment and billing method

Hi I wanted to ask for Help about billing and payment method. I was trying to avail membership plan but upwork doesn't accept my card. It is a bpi mastercard. I tried it multiple times but it really wont accept. The error was about unauthorization and I have to contact my bank issuer. I already spoke to my bank and they said it was already activated for online purchase and ecommerce purpose eversince I got my card. They said that my card is good to use and there is no problem with that. I tried to use as well my AMEX but it really doenst work for me I am sure that I put the correct details because Im doing this for 5 days already. I just need help with this one.
