Payment automatically scheduled to wrong account

Hi, I have been trying to add my new bank account to upwork for several days now but it says beneficiary mismatch, I contacted support and opened a ticket. Yet to get a response after 3 days

this morning I woke up to an email of payment being scheduled to my former bank account that I no longer have access to. I didn't have an idea about this at all. I will not be able to access the funds if it gets sent to that account, Can someone please help me??

Thank you for reaching out. Generally, once a withdrawal is initiated it cannot be canceled whether it is manual or automatic. The funds will be sent to the payment method on file. If there are any issues with the bank account, the funds will be returned to Upwork and once this has happened, rest assured that we will immediately credit the funds to your account.
