Why does my balance say $36 but I earned $160? I am new and this is my first pay cycle. Thank you

Thank you. I have my list of hours worked for a total of $160 but when I go to earnings available it says $36.00. I don’t understand the difference in the amounts.

Because the money is at different stages in the process.

Go to your Reports > Overview Page

You can find all the info on or from there.

Hourly contracts are processed according to the weekly billing cycle. Read about it here
