Payment can't be processed

Hi there, 

 

I've added my card information for getting a Upwork Plus account. Unfortunately, the moment I try to 'Activate my plus account', it's gives me an error saying 'Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.'

 

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong or is there anything wrong with my account that doesn't fit. Thanks!
