Payment cancellation request

Hi.

I have set a preferred payment method.

Unfortunately, when I click on "Get Paid Now" to withdraw the money,

because my preferred card's information is wrongly typed, I can't get the money.

Therefore, I want the payment to be CANCELLED.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel a withdrawal. If you don't receive your funds or they are reversed back to your Upwork account after 8 business days, let me know here. Our team will initiate a trace on your transaction and assist you further. Thank you.
