Payment could not be processed

I am facing a problem that my payment to the local bank could not be processed. This is the second time I have faced the issue. How to resolve the issue?

I processed my payment but I didn't receive the payment in my account. I even contacted my bank and they said: Please contact sending partner as this transaction is not showing at our end. I am stuck in middle now. Please help me solve the issue.
