Payment declined

Hello, a few days ago I requested a payment directly to my bank, three days of verification passed and everything was fine, until in three days I received an email informing me that the funds could not be paid into the account because the account is allegedly invalid. I checked with the bank and they say the foreign currency account has been approved and there should be no problems with the payment. I hope for your quick reply, I leave you the email I received from you!
